• Doors and windows; lube and check working order

• Interior chimney and flue; check working condition

• Drywall cracks, nail pops, loose tape

• Kitchen and bathroom cabinets; check under and around for leaks, bugs, wood rot

• Wood cabinets, trim, furniture; apply a wood protectant

• Tile areas; check for loose or missing grout and replace

• Sinks and basins; check for missing caulk

• Shower doors/tubs enclosures; check, caulk and adjust

• Check bathroom exhaust fans

• Basement; check for cracks, leaks, water, bugs, moisture, wood rot

• Water meter; check whole house for leaks

• Shower/tub; check caulk and/or grout

Air Conditioner

• Check and clean supply and return grills, filters

• Clean condensate line

• Condenser Unit; remove debris in and around unit, flush condenser fins

Electrical

• GFI'S check working condition

• Install GFI'S; should be near any water supply inside and outside

• Change all bulbs or fluorescents

• Install new ballasts
