As a small business owner I know we take care of our clients better than any other company. Bogdanyi Services overhead is much smaller than other companies. Corporate & Franchise owned companies work out of commercial office's, they spend a lot of money on advertising, on television, the web, home shows, their fleet of vehicles, etc. Who pays for it? You the client pays for it when you hire them. They also send you a guy who works for them by the hour for minimum wages. Do you think he cares about you the client, your home, your property, or simply the paycheck at the end of the week? I guess the latter. Our goal is simply to stay a small family owned and operated company, to keep costs down, to care about who we work for, to listen to our clients and give them what they ask for, and to communicate with our clients including answering our phone.

By simply checking your roof and gutters making sure your roof has good caulk no missing shingles and is clean of debris along with clean, sealed gutters and downspouts you could save thousands of dollars preventing water intrusion, wood rot, and mold. This is a good first step on our home maintenance checklist.
